What is a power-up session?
This is a two-hour session on one-to-one to tackle the blocks you may be facing on your journey back to an active professional life, including that inner saboteur that keeps derailing your plans.
We can work together on:
Your WHY: put words to what you are at your best
Your own superhero story (that pitch people will always remember you for)
Old habits and preconceived ideas that may be blocking your path
Schedule hacks: challenge the way you manage your day to make time for what matters.
How does it work?
Book your session.
After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a questionnaire to fill out so that I know your expectations and needs.
Depending on what your demands are, I may send you some preparatory exercises to do before the session
The day of the session: through active listening and targeted questions, I guide you to help you address the themes/questions/issues that are getting on your way.
Debriefing: a few days after the session, you will receive a debrief, either in audio or in writing (your choice) so that you can keep a record of the insight we uncovered together.
Follow-up call: a 30 min follow-up call is also included, to be scheduled 15-30 days after the session.
